Exam's over, but it's dead boring. It's been about a week already, but still haven't found something that I want to settle down doing. Going to get myself a TV tomorrow, I already have a portable VCD player, but there's a big problem: There doesn't seem to be any VCDs in Adelaide?? There's only DVDs. And I thought the Aussies were backward in their gadgets.... Hopefully I can find somewhere with VCDs tomorrow. If not, Aussie TV can be quite captivating at times.... Better than this boredom at the moment....

God's hand is in everything, if we look carefully enough. The beauty of creation, the beauty of the human body, all His work, the Great Architect. Everything is beautiful, but man seeks to destroy its beauty by our ignorance and false wisdom. We aquire knowledge, and we claim ourselves wise. But yet we're foolish enough to use the knowledge for self-destruction instead of respecting the beauty of the discovery. What fallacy and yet man claims it is wisdom. To destroy the beauty of creation, to destroy life itself with our pride and false wisdom. That is the ultimate foolishness.

How true is that? I see God's hand in all I study and all the knowledge I aquire. For example, if you know enough, the body is probably the most perfect machine ever made. And who made it? God. The more I learn, the more amazed I am about the marvels of the intelligence of it, the system, the way it functions and defends itself, is close to perfect except for a few glitches, which if you think about, is necessary. Religion and Science have always been enemies, but I believe strongly in both. It is important to me to keep my faith, but also mantain secular for a scientific purpose. But if you look very carefully, you will see God in all of the knowledge of man. True wisdom is in the realisation that you know nothing at all, that our knowledge is fallible and never perfect.
