Sunday, March 25, 2007last wk of med.... finally..... going on to surg next wk. dun get me wrong, i dun hate my med rotation, i only hate my reg! she's mean... the way she talks and treats me, just dun like it lar.... and my intern after doing so much for her got screamed at on one of his last day for a small mistake? feel sorry for him.... no compassion. everyone has a bad day now and again, it's the only bad day i've seen him have so far and the mistake is not irreversible or deadly wad! i mean, he just forgot to fluid restrict 1.5L down to 1L.... can still do it, she's not going to die, psych is not going to take her anyway SIADH or not. they have no beds, we have to be temporary psychiatrist. stupid bitch. thank god i'm free of her. monday and tues i intend to take half days to prepare for OSCE. wed maybe can dun turn up, have to talk to the boss. i love my consultant. besides the fact that he openly declares he doesn't believe in As, he's a nice chap. he's a good teacher too. i hope surg rotation will be better.... i sincerely hope that at least the pple are nice.... the rest i can deal with. work no prob and i am confident of my own abilities now....=)
the cars finally settled. had a drive up to victor harbour, port elliot, cape jervis and maclaren vale spanning total of 280km of driving up hills on dirt roads. if there's going to be any problems it would have happened. but it's all good, the car's finally healthy. not a moment too soon, just in time for surg rotation which is at this super far hospital, heng arh, no car i'll just die man.... have to get there at like 7.30am lor....
anyway, 2 more wks to D-day. decision day. pple who noe me noe wad i'm talking abt.... i'm scared.... we'll see then...

nice rite? this is my new car.... it's 2nd hand really, but it's in pristine condition. u'd never guess it's age! auto cos i'm too lazy to do manual in the city, traffic lights will just piss u off. i'll do manual if i'm country driving cos then more power.... now at least i wun have trouble getting to hospital at 7.30 am liao.... can leave 6.30-6.45am still ok.... and i'm not at the mercy of bus timings either.... yay! doing a lot of modifications to it though, adding the alarm and central locking, then i need to settle the govt registration and the insurance.... apparently my car's too ex for certain sort of insurance? they're only willing to take the comprehensive sort, no less cos value of the car too high.... sigh....
